How it Works

The process is quick and easy, so you can get back to cuddling your furry friend!

Pick a size

Select the size of your portrait. I offer 8 different sizes to choose from: 

5”x7”
8”x10”
11”x14”
12”x16”  - most ordered
16”x20”
18”x24
20”x24”
24”x36”

Determine what works best with your decor. If you'd like to be able to easily move the portrait around, consider 8x10 size. If you have a lot of wall space to fill and want something unique, go for a larger size, like 16x20 or 20x24. 

Submit photos

When you're ready to upload your photos, select the option "Upload a photo of your pet." 

I'll need at least one photo per pet, but if you have a few different ones that you like, feel free to send them all. I recommend selecting 2-3 photos for the best results.

Please keep in mind that the quality of the photos is very important.Please make sure you have carefully read the Photo Guidelines before submitting your photos. 

If you order more than one portrait, please provide clarification about matching up the photos with the corresponding portrait size. You can add your clarification and personalization in the dedicated text box. 

Place your order

Once you have chosen a size and uploaded photos, click "Add to cart."

If you want to order more than one portrait, just repeat this process for each one. 

When you are done adding portraits to your cart, simply click “Check out” and complete your order.

If I need further information about your order, I will contact you via SMS, as it’s easier. 

On average, it takes me 10 business days to finish a portrait. As soon as your portrait is finished and completely dry, I will send it with DHL Express. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
