Shipping policy

The final 'expected' delivery timeline is the shipping timeline we offer at checkout—usually it is up to 3 weeks.

Our processing time is 10-15 business days, but during sales and holidays periods it may increase slightly.

USA, CA, AUS, UK: 2-5 business days

Rest of the world: 2-5 business days

Tracking

We ship all orders with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number by email once it is available.

Please Note:

• Occasionally, we offer a "queue jump" option. By using this option, we move your pet photo to the front of the queue, which speeds up the creation of your artwork. It is important to note that "queue jump" does not affect the courier's delivery time.
• If your order requires a new photo, this will naturally lengthen the production time.
• You should expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers encounter an increase in parcel deliveries.
